Eckler was established many years ago as a "flat" organization. We remain without a substantial hierarchy today. We are a young organization, with over 50% of our staff under 40 years old. We are also constantly expanding our services, which means our work is challenging, dynamic and interesting.

Our internal structure also promotes a relaxed, yet professional, office place. While we are serious about our business and about our clients, we recognize the importance of a congenial and comfortable work environment. When we are looking at potential new hires, we always try to keep in mind how that person would "fit" within the organization and make a positive contribution.
